What the platform does
It helps users explore sale prices, transaction activity, price per square meter, and area-level trends across Qatar.
Data source
The platform uses public government real-estate transaction data imported into our own cleaned database.
Update frequency
The source is designed around weekly government data updates. Admins can run manual sync/backfill operations when needed.
Price per sqm
Price per square meter is calculated from the sale value and recorded property area when available, and is used to compare areas more clearly.
How statistics are calculated
Counts, medians, averages, totals, and monthly trends are calculated from actual transactions only. Low-sample areas are marked as insufficient data.
Limitations
The platform does not know property condition, view, exact finishing, floor, payment terms, or private negotiations. It is not a valuation model.
